EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Exchanges: 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we offer an Equal or Greater Value Exchange Policy to make the process simple and efficient.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Items are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • Exchanges initiated within 7 days of receipt
  • In unused, unworn, and original condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Exchange Guidelines

1. Equal Value Exchange
You may exchange your item for another item of the same price at no additional cost.

2. Greater Value Exchange
You may exchange your item for an item of higher value by paying the price difference at the time of exchange.

3. Lower Value Items
Exchanges for items of lesser value are not permitted under this policy. No refunds or credits will be issued for price differences.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Condition of Returned Items

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if returned items show signs of:

  • Wear or use
  • Damage not caused by us
  • Missing components or packaging

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds:

All sales are final. All sales are in US Dollars. We apologize, but we are unable to issue refunds. Once an order is placed, your sweepstakes entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the sweepstakes.
